After sitting in a room and singing two songs that were insane, and that made my throat hurt, we finally got to go in and audition again.
We sang "She's in Love" as a group and then I was told to go sit back down. I wasn't sure how to feel about this.
Then the group sang "Human Stuff", which I was glad to not be singing because it's freaking crazy.
Then they sang "Daughters of Triton" and blah blah blah, finally I got called back up, along with a couple other girls.
They had us read a scene involving Ursula, Flotsam, and Jetsam, and I did my best evil voice as possible.
When we finished doing that, the casting directors told everyone to go wait in the other room while they discussed. We left and then me and the other two girls were called back in. I took this as a good thing, and it was. They asked the three of us what parts we would want. They told us that Scuttle and Ursula had already been cast, so I said I would be fine with Flotsam, Jetsam, Carlotta, or one of Ariel's sisters. After we all had said what we wanted, they told everyone they could go. And the cast list was posted on Facebook a little while ago...
