1. So you can go back and look at their pictures when I get to them in the story
2. To get a good feel for their personality
3. I basically suck at writing and this is the best way to give you the characters personality
4. The story is a bit complicated and I'm trying to make it simpler by explaining things before hand
K. Now lets see... Who to introduce...
How about Cloud and Aerith? Sounds good.
Aerith first. (Pictures at bottom. She's the female one :P) Aerith is a flower girl who lives in the slums of Midgar. She frequently visits the church where she has her flower garden. She has brown hair which she puts in a ponytail and she wears a white dress with flowers on it. And later on a pink dress. She's a bit if a headstrong girl, though she appears all gentle on the outside. She is very kind, but has no problem bossing guys around, especially when said guys almost step on her flowers. Then she gets mad.
And now, here's Cloud :3 (he's the blonde one in the pictures)
Cloud is an infantryman for Shinra and aspires to become a SOLDIER, like Sephiroth. Cloud has spiked blonde hair and blue eyes (which are naturally blue, unlike the SOLDIERS) and he wears the standard infantryman uniform and mask. He is a very driven young man and is rather cheerful during downtime, conversing with Zack.
Gaaaahhh I want to say more, but you'll just have to read the story ;P
And just to clear things up to people who might be confused about what this story actually is, I shall explain. Final Fantasy VII is a video game, which is amazing, and Crisis Core (the story in which I am novelizing) is the prequel to that game, therefore, all background knowledge that would be needed is covered in the events of Crisis Core, therefore, you do not have to know ANYTHING about Final Fantasy to read the story. It is ALL EXPLAINED! :)
